All prices quoted on the heidi.com website include Swiss VAT, therefore are net. If delivery is outside Switzerland, all customs charges, costs and taxes incurred by foreign administrations are the purchaser’s responsibility.
The cost of merchandise includes shipping costs throughout the world.
Merchandise leaves the Heidi.com warehouse 5 working days after payment validation at the latest. In the majority of cases, delivery is within 2-3 days. From experience, the delivery time period of merchandise from our warehouse is as below:
-Switzerland: 3 – 5 days
-Europe: 5 to 12 days
-Rest of World: 10- 20 days.
Delivery outside of Switzerland is dependant on the speed of the postal service and usual customs procedures.
If payment has been made by credit card, the amount is debited from the card of the purchaser at the time of transaction validation.
Heidi.com S.A. will reimburse the transition value in the following situations:
1. Heidi.com S.A. has not yet supplied the ordered merchandise.
2. The ordered merchandise is returned to Heidi.com in line with our returns policy as detailed below.
In the case of product return, Heidi.com does not reimburse any costs and taxes incurred by the purchaser. Please contact your local customs authority in advance with regard to charges.
Products can be returned in cases relating to faults and sizing issues. Claims should be sent by email within 3 days of receipt of goods to firstname.lastname@example.org. Articles received cannot be returned except with return authorisation. Other details (return address etc.) will be provided by email when your return authorisation is sent.
