Therefore we have tried to make our website and all information herein as complete and accurate as possible. Duties,Taxes and shipping costs
All prices stated on the Heidi.com s.à r.l. websites include the Swiss VAT but exclude any foreign (non Swiss) charges, taxes or import duties. Extra costs (if applicable) for these taxes and/or duties on goods and/or services purchased at Heidi.com s.à r.l. are to be supported by the buyer .
All our goods are shipped free worldwide. Heidi.com s.à r.l. supports shipping costs but not the non Swiss taxes and/or duties (see above).
The goods shipped leave our premises within 5 working days after validation of your payment. In most cases the timeframe is 2 to 3 working days. According to our experience the delay between the shipping of the goods and the arrival at the buyer’s place is indicatively:
-Switzerland: 3-4 working days
-Europe (except Italy): 5 to 10 working days
-Rest of the world (including Italy): 10 to 20 working days
Delivery outside Switzerland depends on the speed of the postal services and the possible delays due to customs clearance.
Payment and Refund Policy
In case of payment through credit card, the amount of the transaction is debited immediately after validation of the transaction.
Heidi.com s.à r.l. will not refund any money obtained through this website unless:
1- Heidi.com s.à r.l. is not able to supply a product.
2- Purchased goods are returned to Heidi.com s.à r.l. in accordance with the Return Policy described below.
Heidi.com s.à r.l. is not responsible for duties and taxes refund in the event of a returned product. In normal circumstances duties and taxes are not refunded in case of Product return. We urge you to check with the appropriate authority in order to secure your rights.
Return Policy
Generally goods can be returned in case they are defective and/or there is a difference in size. Always e-mail your concerns to shop@heidi.com within 3 days of having received the goods. Goods may be returned only with a Return Authorisation which will be sent to you as part of the return process. Further details (return address, etc.) will be supplied to you via e-mail together with the Return Authorization if your request to return the merchandise has been accepted.

Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Switzerland. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Neuchatel, Switzerland with recourse to the Swiss Supreme Court in Lausanne, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Heidi.com s.à r.l. sites/services.
Only the French version of the General Terms and Conditions is binding. The above is a free translation the French version.
