Duties & Taxes

web sites exclude any taxes or import duties. Extra costs (if applicable) for
these taxes and or duties on goods and/or services purchased at Heidi.com s.a.r.l.
are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Return Policy
Always e-mail your concerns to shop@heidi.com
within 3 days of having received goods. Goods may be returned only with a Return
Authorisation number which will be given to you as part of the return process.
Further details will be supplied to you via e-mail together with the code if
your request to return the merchandise has been accepted.
Refund Policy
Heidi.com s.a.r.l. will not refund any money
obtained through this web site unless:
1- Heidi.com s.a.r.l. is not able to supply a product.
2- Product is returned to Heidi.com s.a.r.l. in accordance with the Return Policy
described above.
Heidi.com s.a.r.l. is not responsible for duties and taxes refund in the event
of a returned product. In normal circumstances duties and taxes are not refunded
in case of Product Return. We urge you to check with the appropriate authority
