In case of late arrival or short stays, the accommodation keys will be put in a safe. To get the access code, please contact the property. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the time frame set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note that a damage deposit from EUR 400 to EUR 800 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. The free cleaning kit includes 1 sponge, 1 mop, 1 bottle of multi-use product, 1 bottle of washing up liquid, 1 dishwasher tablet and 1 dishcloth. The free bed linen package includes a bed sheet, duvet cover and pillow case. Housekeeping at the end of your stay is also included. Please note that guests are required to clean the kitchen.
