A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a EUR 300 deposit is due upon check-in. It will be refunded upon check out and inventory. For stays of 1 to 5 nights, bed linen, towels and TV are included. For stays of 6 nights or more, bed linen, towels and TV can be rented: Linen: EUR 7 per bed Towel set: EUR 7 per person TV: EUR 35 per week" The reception is open from 08:00 until 11:00 and from 17:00 until 20:00. If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the residence directly.
