The key collection point for this property is located 450m (6 minute walk) from the property at the Zermatt Interhome service office.
When arriving in Zermatt you will need to visit the Interhome office within the times listed below to collect your keys and linens before making your way to the property.

Check-in times: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday: 4pm-6pm, Wednesday and Sunday- Closed
Arrivals outside of the above times must be confirmed in advance with the accommodation provider. The keys will be placed in a safe-deposit box outside the office. Instructions will be provided in MyBooking before you travel.
This property requires a damage deposit of CHF3500 to be paid by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) on arrival.
If you are due to arrive outside of the times above, the damage deposit will need to be paid to the keyholder before you travel.
The keys will need to be returned to the collection point within the times stated below.
