Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Le Hameau de Chantemerle in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price from 23 December to 2 April for stays of a week or more. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price from 03 April to 24 December. They can be rented on site for EUR 15 per person for both towels and bed linen. The following mandatory cleaning fees are not included in the price: - One-Bedroom House: EUR 50 - Two-Bedroom House: EUR 60 - Three-Bedroom House: EUR 120 Depending on availability, all three holiday homes can be rented together and accommodate up to 23 people. Guests also have the option of eating in the main farm house.
