Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Reception opening hours: Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Prices include: accommodation, bath linen (1 big towel + 1 small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), cleaning kit, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), TV, all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax), bed linen and basic WiFi access (available for up to 5 devices for Web navigation and emails reading). Unlimited WiFi access can also be requested with an extra charge. For every length of stay, beds can be made upon arrival at an extra cost per person. A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg can be requested at an extra charge. The kit includes: 1 cot, 1 high chair, 1 pushchair, 1 changing mat. Subject to availability. After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Free parking is available in the summer only. Please note that any modification may incur a fee. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.
