In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please inform the residence in advance if you plan on arriving after 16:00. This is especially important for arrivals after 22:00 as your keys will be left at reception. One-night stays can be paid for in cash only. Rooms overlooking the lake may have some traffic noise at night.
