Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations and that you were unwell during and after your visit, that is certainly not the experience we wish for any of our guests.

Our hotel offers several different room categories, some of which are arranged over two levels and include spiral staircases. These rooms are typically popular with guests who enjoy the layout, but we fully understand that they may not be suitable or comfortable for everyone, particularly if mobility or temperature sensitivity is a concern.

Had we been made aware of these difficulties during your stay, our team would have been more than happy to look for an alternative room option, subject to availability, or assist in any way possible to improve your comfort. Guest wellbeing is very important to us, and we always encourage guests to let us know immediately if something is not right so we can help.

We truly regret that this was not raised at the time and that your holiday was affected. We do appreciate your feedback, as it helps us better guide future guests when selecting the most suitable accommodation.

Had a 5 day stay with family in this hotel . The room my husband & i were given had a spiral staircase going up to the bedroom which was far to hot and quite dangerous to climb for a 67 & 63 year old . The wardrobe was downstairs so you had to shower then climb the wooden spiral staircase to get get dressed every morning.  As the bed mattress was like a electric blanket I would wake up every morning soaking wet  . By the 4th day I had become very ill and missed the last 2 days skiing as I was to poorly . I have been in bed with whatever bug I caught from the hotel since I got home.  Will definitely not stay at this hotel again .

Hotel overpriced   . Room not appropriate for my husband & I.  Bed far to hot wuth whatever they put on the mattress .
