From the minute you step through the door to the day of check out, you are met with a exceptionally warm welcome from one of the family members.  For Flavio, Sylvia and Mimi, nothing is too much trouble and the breakfast is the best I've come across in terms of choice and produce!  The bedrooms are comfortable and roomy,  air con works well - not noisy - and although just off the main thoroughfare, the hotel is tucked away in a quiet street so you are guaranteed a good night's sleep.   Whilst we were there it was my son's birthday, and to our surprise when we came down to breakfast that morning, they had organised a lovely chocolate cake and a bottle of fizz, dressing our table with lovely flowers and napkins.  We stayed there for a week, and by the end of our time in the hotel, we felt like part of the family!  If we return to Bardolino, this hotel would be top of our list, as it's central to all the amenities but above all it has a fabulous ambience that you can't put a price on.  Eccellente Flavio, Sylvia and Mimi!
