Apartments are located very well, the view is nice too. The supermarket is located quite far away to be reached by foot. The bedrooms are small and the  family bunk-beds are awkward and not accessible. (The bed above do not give space for the bed below). The bed-clothes were very nice. 
The problem with the apartment was that there was smell from the neighbours' kitchen and we could hear the footsteps above. It was annoying. Also we couldn't get WIFI signal many times. Recreation services for children in January are nowhere in evidence.
