Horrible place to stay dirty horribly designed, staff were horrible and rude and added a load of charges to our stay when we got there, looked cheap but really was a horrible stay

We booked this apartment specifically because it advertised WiFi, as both my wife and I needed to work during our stay. Unfortunately, the service was non-existent. While the staff were polite and offered to reboot the router, it was clear that the hardware simply isn't configured to handle the volume of guests or devices in the building (I work in IT and understand this stuff).

Because the connection never worked, we were forced to travel to the local Tourist Information center every single day just to get our work done. This took a massive toll on our holiday and was incredibly unfair to our 5-year-old daughter, who had to spend her vacation time waiting for us to finish work in a public office.

Advice to the owners: If you advertise WiFi as a key facility, ensure it actually works. Be very clear about the limitations of your system so guests don't rely on it for essential tasks.

This accomodation was a great place for my solo trip to Tignes, it was right on the slopes with a chairlift within 30 meters of the front door, as for the room, it had everything that was needed and was fully functional and comfortable.
