this place is incredible. they have everything you would need from a game room to Ferrero rochers. the restaurant is incredible. at lunch the best things was the cordon bleu. at dinner my favorite was le suprême de volaille. the rooms are really nice and the showers and baths are nice and can be really hot if you want it. the service was fast and super well done it was super clean and really comfortable. sometimes you could hear from the other rooms but for me it happened twice in a 7 day stay. the restaurant is a bit pricey.  it’s in a super nice location really close to the centre ville and the bottom where are the ski lifts are. the atmosphere is nice and calming with everything you would need. thank you so much for this stay.

calm and really pretty

Stopped into the bar for a coffee and tea while having a wander around the area before heading out to the slopes. Service was very good and staff were welcoming. Almost a bit over the top though, and felt like we were being interrogated with 4 different people taking care of us before we even received our order. 
Anyway, beautiful view from comfy sofas in the bar. After our drinks and croissants, we were informed that American and UK credit cards would not be accepted by the hotel owner. We were instructed to go and get cash to pay for drinks and croissants. 
I suspect the hotel didn’t want to pay the credit card service fee for a small order.
And the coffee was just from a nespresso maker so nothing special. And tea with lemon was €12.00!

Fabulous service and bar area but prices not on par with quality

We were very pleased to discover this hotel for our stay in 2023, especially after a mediocre experience in 4 and 5-star hotels in Courchevel and Val d'Isere. The staff were superb. We will definitely return.
