We stayed for 6 nights in the Apartments Hotel Charlotte in Seefeld.  This was an excellent base for our hiking adventures.  The kitchen was well-equipped (the fridge seemed to be on its last legs with lots of frost build up but it worked for our visit) and it was nice to have 1 1/2 bathrooms.  The apartment was comfortable and clean.  Towel service every morning was a nice addition.  We used the small pool to cool off one day but it was very crowded.  The solarium/sauna area was adult-only so we didn't really partake.  The location was perfect, 5 min walk into the town center, 5 min walk to the Rosshutte Bergbahn Talstation.  Tons of information was available on hiking trails, etc.

Very good place for family, and pet friendly. 
As minuses, poor quality of breakfast and uncomfortable sleeping pillows. 
If you  have a kid which likes animals, the walk with the lamas is totally something to try as family. I would totally return there.

Our Appart- und Wellnesshotel Charlotte is a small fine house in Tyrolean style with a haimish and comfortable atmosphere, with your first step in our hotel you will feel like home... Just few minutes by foot from the town-centre, in a wonderful and quite location. We offer lovely freshly-renovated rooms, spacious 2 room studios and also apartments for 2-7 people (with or without hotel connection). Our house has also a very nice Wellness-area with different saunas and swimming pool, fitness-corner, sunbathing-area in the garden. You can also book massages and cosmetc-treatments.
