This is my Day 1 at this Hotel (communication to the Hotel)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your esteemed 4-star hotel. I had made a reservation for three adults, expecting a certain level of comfort and quality commensurate with the reputation and pricing of your establishment.

Upon our arrival, we were pleased to find two of the beds provided were indeed comfortable and met our expectations for a hotel of your caliber. However, the third bed was significantly below the standard we anticipated. It was uncomfortable and did not align with the quality one would expect even from a two-star hotel, let alone a four-star.

The discomfort was such that we spent the night restless, constantly trying to find a position conducive to sleep, but to no avail. This significantly impacted our experience and the overall impression of our stay at your hotel.

Given the circumstances, I kindly request that you address this issue and ensure a bed of appropriate quality is provided for the remainder of our stay. We chose your hotel for its reputed standards and believe that every aspect of our experience should reflect the level of quality and comfort you advertise.

Be very careful when reserving for three adults!

The furniture is old and not clean and the location is bad and a deposit of 300 € was taken with 100 € for cleaning and the deposit was not returned because the bathroom door was destroyed by water and this is not true, so I advise not to go to this place as the treatment of the staff and the manager is very bad.

Bad treatment and unclean rooms

Honestly, I don’t recommend this place for tourists and specifically Arabs… as they take your deposit of €300 Euros and once leaving there is a guy who comes to check the room and goes through the doors of the toilet directly which are previously damaged without checking the essential checklist of the room and tells you that you damaged the doors because of water without having a proof. Note: FOR ALL VISITORS TAKE PHOTOS AND A CLEAR VIDEO OF THE ROOM IN THE DAY OF YOUR CHECK-IN AND KEEP IT AS A PROOF!

We stayed a week at this appartment hotel. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and small livingroom/kitchen. It was ok but for that price (about 250e/night) I would have wanted more than just Ikea dishes and furnishing. The appartment was tidy but some lamps were broken. It has a balcony and nice views. Ski bus goes right from the front. Make sure the hotel does not charge you extra because from us they tried to get 90e/week for some made up explanation. Also all the towels etc cost extra.
No sauna. No pool. A skiroom is but no supervision. They did not react to kids gladly but complained about the noise.
 The hotel has ok restaurant but in comparison it is expensive and the quality is just middle category.
So in total I would prefer another hotel for the next ski holiday. With this price you can get a room from the famous Salzburger Hof as well...

Sonnenwende has 30 apartments, which can accommodate between 2 and 10 people. Each apartment has a well-appointed kitchen, living room, and bathroom. There are an elevator and free internet, along with a reception area that offers customer attention and service.
