The stay didn’t start very well in the fact that we arrived and couldn’t get in, another guest telephoned and someone came- to begin with she was short because I didn’t collect the keys from a nearby hotel- I explained that we hadn’t received an email- she left and told us to wait for the keys. As soon as she left the instruction email arrived- her tone changed once she realised that we genuinely did not receive the correspondence. It wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in but was ok for the purpose. A continental breakfast was included but a tad limited. The egg machine was dirty, I saw the breakfast host wipe the crumbs away with his hands but then didn’t come back to clean the table properly. Not great but ok for a short break.
