Beausite Park is a lovely hotel in a great location. Communication with the hotel
prior to our stay and during our stay was excellent. The staff is friendly, helpful
and professional. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable. Had a beautiful view of the mountains and the town. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and cocktails prior to dinner. The bar tender made excellent drinks and was a pleasure to speak with. They hosted a wonderful New Years Eve happy hour for all the guests. This was a really thoughtful expression of hospitality.  The hotel falls short in a couple of areas. The lobby is cold and unwelcoming. It lacks the warm and inviting feel of a mountain hotel. The restaurant appears to be under furnished. The decor and table scapes are underwhelming. The space feels cold and tacky.  The restaurant and hotel lacks a cozy sitting area for drinks, coffee and conversation. The space near the fireplace has potential to create such a space. The room off the lobby is filled with a mix of lounge and office furniture. The window overlooks the pool and spa area which makes the space feel dated and unwelcoming.   Chandeliers are backwardly hung from the ceiling and creates an uninviting space.   Overall- we enjoyed our stay, but would probably not return to a hotel in Wengen.

Our hotel is majestically situated in the middle of a park in a most beautiful and tranquil location just above the village centre of Wengen. Views of the Jungfrau an surrounding Alps are breathtaking. The village centre and the mountain railway station can be easily reached on foot. In less than a few minutes, you can be hovering over the "Mannlichen-Kleine-Scheidegg" ski an hiking paradise on the Wengen-Mannlichen cable car.
