Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Horrendous, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone if you want to have a pleasant stay in Limone. The host made us wait in torrential rain for 15 minutes while laughing on the phone.

Just don't.

great view , staff quite slow and overworked,  with food average although good choice  worth it for the view 
try and reserve a table by the wall overlooking the lake . thee is also a small car park for a few cars if you are staying

Found this place following a recommendation and wasn't disappointed.  This is a great location overlooking the lake with fantastic views. Had lunch here and the price was extremely reasonable too. It it just out of the busy narrow streets and main promenade, well worth the walk through the streets or climbing the steps.
