We arrived at Les Melezes after cycling the big mountain pass - tired and hungry. Our host was charming, and willing to make us supper even though our dinner request was last minute. We expected a simple meal, but we were blown away by our supper - easily the best meal we've eaten in decades of living in the Alps....hand picked home grown tomato salad with a fresh parsley dressing, fresh carrot soup with hints of cracked coriander seeds and herbs, perfectly grilled trout with sauce and generous fresh vegetables, warm fresh-baked bread. Impeccably and generously served.  Our accommodation was welcoming, cosy - just perfect....and breakfast the following day was equally superb.  This hotel should be at the very top of everyone's list for staying in Meleze - not only for value for money, but for a quality of welcome and cuisine that would have put a five star hotel to shame! Thankyou !-we'll be back!

Exquisite food and fantastic hospitality

Lovely friendly people, very welcoming- superb views. 
We stayed here after an awful experience in another hotel and were made to feel very welcome straight away by the host. I was able to work from the hotel and the breakfast and dinner was great every night. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a friendly and accommodating place to stay in the French Alps

Chalet Hotel Les Melezes provides an ideal base for exploring L'Espace Killy (Tignes and Val d'Isere), one of Europe's most famous and snowsure skiing areas. Set in the beautiful and historic hamlet of Tignes Les Boisses, this ski-to-door homely chalet has panoramic views across the Isere Valley. The chalet has 21 bedrooms sleeping up to 52 people and comprises of twin, double, triple, quad rooms as well as an apartment sleeping up to 6 people. There is a bar and lounge area as well as a dining room with views of Mt Blanc. A hot tub and sauna are situated outside the back of the property, also with views of Mt Blanc. There is also a Games and TB room with UK channels and a guest computer. Free wifi is available downstairs in the communal area. We also offer in-house ski hire with a wide selection to suit all abilities and budgets. The chalet is open in Winter, Summer and Autumn and we specialise in flexible breaks both long and short.
