A true lifesaver. Thank you, Hotel Sapinière!

We found ourselves stranded in Chamonix due to a serious mishap with Interhome, with nowhere to stay and no support  - it was high season, making everything even more difficult. Just when we thought our holiday was ruined, Hotel Sapinière came to our rescue.

This wonderful, family-run chalet welcomed us with warmth and compassion, despite the challenges of finding a room at such short notice. They made space for us when no one else could and thanks to them, we were able to rest, recover, and return to our country safely.

The chalet is not only beautiful and cosy but it’s run by people who genuinely care. Their kindness turned our nightmare into a memorable experience and we’ll never forget it.

We give 5 stars to everything:

- The location  
- And above all, the heart behind it

Just returned from a 3 night stay at the Hotel Sapiniere. It was fantastic. Firstly the view is to die for. The balcony of our room overlooked a green area where paragliders land adding real interest to the mountain views. In sunshine or rain we sat in the balcony enjoying it. We were lucky enough to have a dual aspect room with an additional window looking in a different direction.
The hotel is well located to be within a short and easy walk of the town centre, but also far enough away to ensure it is quiet.
The staff were really friendly and helpful. Mandy helped us arrange transport and gave excellent suggestions for eateries and activities. All of the staff were excellent.
The bar area is well stocked, reasonably priced and has the same views of the mountains inside and on the terrace. 
The breakfast was very tasty, with the pastries being the highlight, but there was a range of cooked and continental options available.
In short, book this hotel, you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic location, rooms, staff and views to die for. A true gem!

Had a great three night stay here. The location is excellent, being so close to town but still quiet. The views are simply phenomenal. We stayed during a thunderstorm and the lighting show from the balcony was a special experience. The room itself was clean and nicely decorated in a simple style. The bed was very large and comfortable and plenty of space and privacy on the balcony to enjoy the view of Mont Blanc. The hotel bar was lovely and the breakfast decent too. Staff were very accommodating and arranged transfers and recommended excursions happily. I wouldn’t hesitate to return here.

Lovely Hotel, fabulous staff, and in a slightly quieter part of town with beautiful views of Mont Blanc. The staff were lovely, nothing too much trouble, and very helpful with advice. Substantial breakfast was tasty and beautifully prepared. Will definitely stay here again
