The place was dusty and full with spiderwebs and insects on the wall...
it was a hot day and there is no aircondition' and we were forced to be in the room with open doors without flywebs -- all the flying insects..
The ownew of the place refused to cancel the reservation and he told me that this is my problem that i cant sleep  there..????

this was one of the most terrible experiance of my holidays history

We stayed here for a short ski break. Our room was very comfortable & the breakfast was basic but plentiful. Our host, Jean-Yves was lovely & made us feel at home. He also had lots of information about the local restaurants and amenities. We loved meeting his cats and dog.  The ski-bus stop was right outside & Samoens village a very short walk away. Would definitely recommend a stay here

We stayed at Chambers d’hotes De Charme Douglas for 2 nights whilst dealing with the purchase of our new chalet. Jean yves is very friendly and welcoming, beautiful chalet and perfect location. His dog is amazing and very big, but don’t worry he is a gentle giant. Would recommend this place highly
