This place is the best.. I first visited last year (see review from Sept 2024)..just had to return to hike more of this beautiful area and of course stay in the wonderful Cristallo, like coming home. Room was perfect, breakfast delicious and varied, including gf and dairy free, I'd taken time to get to know waitress last year and she remembered me, she's a lovely lady. And I'm making progess with Italian thanks to chats with the hospitable famiglia Ghetta.
Im dreaming of my next return to Dolomites and more mountain adventures and I would not stay anywhere else.

We are only on day 2 of our stay, but we are already planning to stay longer. The view is beautiful of many peaks in the RosengartenCatenacchia section of the Dolimites. The hotel and rooms are quiet, the staff (family) running the hotel are respectful and take the time to be very informative, helping out in every way they can. The hotel is moderately priced, and of course clean. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes and bakeries, but in a very quiet area. And, the quiet busses stop 5 minutes away which you can take everywhere!
