Excellent family run hotel , myself and son went for 4 nights skiing holiday . The hotel could not be more friendly and accommodating, any questions they would always be there to help . There is a free shuttle service in the morning and afternoon to the ski resorts or into town , the shuttle bus driver (sorry i forgot his name ) is fantastic and we both enjoyed chatting to him while he was taking us or picking us up . The rooms were perfect for what we needed and breakfast was fantastic. We had a few evening meals which were also very good . I would recommend the spa especially if you have been on the slopes all day . We will definitely be returning.

We stayed here for several nights in the middle of a June heatwave.  
The rooms were clearly newly refurbished an very clean.  The beds were very comfortable.  The bathroom was spacious--except for the shower which was oh so tiny.
Be warned, the rooms don't appear to have A/C.  We need to  open the windows ever evening (fortunately, it cooled off at night).  That worked until the smells of cigarette smoke or weed intruded.
The older staff was very helpful and very friendly.  My issue was with the younger staff, particularly the wait staff.  Rude, curt, and not very helpful.  They could barely be bothered to do the a basics.
Also, avoid dinner.  It was really awful.  There are lots of places in town that are well worth going to.

Hopefully they can get their act together before the Olympics.

We stopped in for dinner on two evenings as well as après ski drinks a few times. We weren't staying at this hotel but were nearby. Both the bar and dining room had a nice feel. Excellent service and delicious meals. We would recommend this location for both drinks and a meal. They even offer an excellent rye whisky (Whistle Pig), which is hard to come by in Europe.
