We have just stayed at this hotel for a week and could not fault it. We had a second floor double room with a view of the garden, lake & castle. The room was comfortable & was spotlessly clean. The continental breakfast was lovely with lots to choose from & it was so nice to sit & relax, overlooking the lovely garden. It is about a 3 minute walk into the town centre but far enough away from the hustle & bustle. The staff were all very friendly & helpful. Thank you so much for a lovely stay & we would certainly consider staying here again. 🙂

A lovely hotel close to all we needed also close to the castle that my son got married at on the 7 August 2025 , clean room , staff very friendly, also close to the cable car that went up the hill , which we enjoyed going on , all so the breakfast was very nice in the hotel , would recommend and one going there

The hotel is lovely, we had room 25 which is one of the top floor rooms with Eco credentials and an absolutely fabulous view. 
Very clean and the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay, the best it can be. 
Breakfast is continental with various cooked eggs available. There was plenty of choice to have something different each day if you wished. 
The hotel has a lovely garden that has a jacuzzi in it (cool, which was wonderful given how warm it was). 
Having breakfast in the garden was lovely and relaxing. 
100m above the hotel is the cable car, so high mountain walks are easily accessible and 5 minutes walk will take you to a swim in the lake. Perfectly positioned.  
Loved our time here. Malcesine is a wonderful place and I’d thoroughly recommend the hotel we stayed in along with the top floor views.

Adjacent to the cable car to Monte Baldo, it is the best starting point for lovely natural walks and excursions. Ideal for those who prefer not to use the car. Tastefully refurbished inspired by some principles of green architecture, Feng Shui and energy saving. The guest can enjoy: breakfast with organic and fair trade products served in open-air the terrace, outdoor Jacuzzi, elevator, non-smoker lounge with satellite TV, small center with sauna and massage, meditation room, ping-pong and table football, bicycles, private car park and guarded garage, free wifi access in the lobby and garden, reservation of excursions, guided tours and taxis.
