This hotel is in a stunning location direct view of the Swiss Alps. The Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, multilingual. Very relaxing atmosphere with Pool sauna and a delicious food and exceptional service. Highly recommend I’m definitely coming back!!

We were delighted with our stay. It was quite expensive because we book 3 suites but from the minute we walked through the door to the minute we left, we were treated to the most incredible service. I have a hospitality background and I could not fault the quality of care and attention to detail. A really special holiday for us and it was an absolute treat. My daughter flew in to join us from Australia, my son joined us from the military and my youngest was on his December holiday from school. The hotel facilities were great and the refurbishment has resulted in such a great hotel. 
The staff were professional and helpful and I would like to thank Charles for coming to our rescue when my husband and youngest were stuck trying to come back from the slopes. He helped out by driving up the road to where they were waiting and brought them back. 

The gym is small but great equipment. The pool was clean and lovely to use. 

Beds comfortable and large which was perfect. Coffee machine was great and there is a bar fridge which is a useful addition. 

Really happy with our stay thank you to the entire team we would definitely come back one day
