Our stay at the Sonngastein Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, Florien  & family made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm, personal approach that instantly makes you feel at home.

The two standout highlights for our family were the food and the indoor playground. The dining experience was simply outstanding, the best food we’ve ever had at a hotel anywhere in the world. The indoor playground was also a game-changer, allowing the kids to play happily while the adults could relax and enjoy dinner.

A perfect balance of family-friendly and high-quality hospitality. We will absolutely be back one day.

We have just left after a fabulous week in the hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt extremely welcome and very well looked after. Our two kids thoroughly enjoyed the kids club, the play centre and the very warm and welcoming staff. The food all week was beautiful, lovely breakfasts, great choices for lunch and superb dinners. And child friendly options at each meal. We made great use of the pool, gym and bikes that were available free of charge for guests. We will definitely return.
