Great guesthouse, clean, comfortable and very friendly.  Breakfast basic, but coffee was waiting for us on the table every morning which was a nice touch.  The view we had from the room was outstanding.  Easy walk into Lermoos.  Bought the Z ticket from the house too.

The Alpenblick is just off the main road that goes through Lermoos. It is a quiet area but close to the shops and a supermarket for your shopping. The rooms were spotless and the views from the balcony were breathtakingly stunning. In the basement is a Sauna and Steam room which is free for the guests to use on Four days of the week.
You can park your vehicle free of charge. The skiing area is only a small walk away or you can catch the free ski bus to all areas on the main road.

Absolutely beautiful area to stay.....this guest house/pension is a clean, cozy, quaint little place to stay at a reasonable rate with great customer service.  Breakfast is wonderful and you can't beat the views from your balcony.

WOW!

Our house is in a silent location in the " Lermooser Moos ", near the centre. The cableways to the ski - and hikingarea " GRUBIGSTEIN " are 5 minutes away. In our garden are deck - chairs for take a sunbathe. The open - air swimmingpool " Panoramabad Lermoos " is include the summer price. Cross - country courses , ways and paths beginn at our house. A trip to the highest mountain from Germany " the Zugspitze " is an experience.
