So…I never got into my room due to circumstances completely beyond my control. My flight (AA 1075-Mar 31-7:20) was cancelled & I couldn’t get to DEN until the morning. Was looking for either a refund or even one night credit @ same hotel. Reasonable?

Having stayed @ Gravity Haus in the past I will gladly change this to 5⭐️ should that refund/credit happen. Thx.

The overall feeling of the hotel was very comfortable. The staff was friendly. The room was so cute and was a great size for a family. My kids loved the bunk bed. There were a lot of little touches to the room such as the tray to place your snowy boots at the door and comfy robes to use. My only complaint was there was a little wear on the side tables, they needed to be replaced but that had no impact whatsoever on my stay and everything else was well kept up and we had a great time.

Not good...at all.  Floors were gritty upon arrival.  Had to run the AC the entire time because the room was so hot (despite temps in the 20s outside).  Mattresses offered very little support.  Towels had holes in them.  Multiple keys didn't work.  Side tables were falling apart - flaking off particle board.  Water pressure in the shower was non-existent.  The room was incredibly dark - even with all the lights on.  Spent most of the second night being woken up by loud thuds above me (a dog?) - notified the text line and got no response.  Will never stay at a Gravity Haus location again.

Not family friendly nor is it clean. In hindsight, I should've done some comparison shopping prior to booking, but the GH in Breckenridge looked like an actual hotel, so I thought we'd made a solid decision... WRONG. This is a bare-bones motel. There's a taco spot/bar attached, but that's about it. This motel is probably awesome for the '25  and under, childless, party on the mountain' demo, but not ideal for families at all. It was also weirdly loud in the middle of August even though there were (maybe) 3 cars in the lot. I actually didn't mind the bunk bed set up in the rooms, and if it wasn't for the pre-existing trash (food wrappers in bed and on the side of bunkbed,) and disgustingly dirty floors, the room would've been fine for a night. I cannot fathom as to why the cleaning crew didn't take a swifter to the dirt patch. We came back from dinner (kudos  for the location being next to a delicious restaurant--not adjoining taco spot.) and plopped on the bed to watch TV. I noticed my kids' feet were completely black, which was odd because they had shoes on outside. I then looked at my feet and they were also black. I grabbed a washcloth and wiped the floor and it was completely crusted in dirt. The floors are old, which is totally fine, but what isn't ok, is the dirt crusted on the floorboards. Anyway, I was skeeved by the entire set-up, so went into the tacospot-turned coffee shop (that only serves breakfast on the weekends,) and informed the front desk/barister that we were only staying one night. He was actually really nice and gave me a coffee on the house.

price good for winter park, but winter park doesnt care about visitiors just its $$$ mcmansions, and slave labor,  the wifi was weak, and didnt know  password,  desk space small, no closet,  parking was tight , stairs not good for HANDICAPPED , lobby noisy, signs not lit, hard to find,  room was small,  humidifier was a Nice touch 
tv remotes were so F  confusing  and TV mounted SO HIGH, no breakfast avaiable to BUY
