We are sorry to read that your stay did not meet your expectations.

Not having your room serviced does not reflect the standards we aim to provide. We will address this matter directly with our housekeeping team as well the issue with the front office team. 
On the other hand, we do not offer the luggage service, it we do only if we have enough resources what I was think also the issue of the elevator. In the peak time when we have a lot of arrivals in one moment or on the start of the dinner, the lifts are highly frequented. In the rest 90 % of the day, we do not have these problems.
Water in the pool has been monitored and control for the whole time of the season. It could happen due the fact that pool is a huge mass of water that cannot be always and everywhere the same temperature there has been one or another spot that has been colder for a while. 
Your feedback regarding the condition and style of the rooms have been noted, as guest input for the planning of next investments.

This hotel definitely does not deserve 4 stars, and not even 3 stars.. the overall experience was below expectations and below average even for a 3 star hotel. Reception and cleaning staff absolutely ignorant. Our room was not cleaned on the 2nd day at all. Even after kindly askong the cleaning lady. They dont help with luggage and waiting lines for the elevator reminded me on McDonalds. Water in the pool too cold. Rooms look like stuck in 90ties. The only thing which was above the average were the prices. They’re not gonna see us again.
