Amazing hotel for families.
We've been staying at the hotel for 5 nights during our vacation at the Tyrol are. 
The hotel is great. 

The apartment is the best I’ve been. 
At the children room there is a place for 4 children with a private shower room!!

The apartment is decorated with all the furniture that things you need during the vacation. 

The hospitality of Ron & Ester is above expectations. They do the best to fill like home. What we’ve asked that always helps us.

A lovely apartment in a lovely place, situated near the Schatzberg cable car and several lovely alpine walks. Our apartment was very clean, well furnished, and situated in a very peaceful location. Esther and Ron were wonderful hosts, they were extremely welcoming and both very helpful…even booking us reservations in the best local restaurants. We would recommend their breakfasts, with a range of very nice options suitable for all tastes and excellent value for money. We had a great week walking in and around Auffach, and our stay in the Alpenchalet Almrose with Ron and Esther was the thing that we loved most.

A lovely welcome and quick tour, we rushed it as we wanted to get skis the night before. Esther was great and pointed us in the right direction for rentals.  We had amazing recommendations for dinner, and they updated us daily on the ski forecast. They really went above and beyond to make us have the best stay. Could not recommend more highly! Family friendly, and a family run business, we enjoyed being part of the experience and wish them all the best! Fam Ryley x

Lovely hosts and a fab stay

Very nice area to stay when you wish to ski - hotel is comfortable and well located - - ski rental, ski pass, you can find everything closely with no difficulty- warmth welcome from the staff - they are friendly and well attentive. 
The room is as expected from Austrian chalet, woodenly decorated and warmed. 



Ski holiday 

We booked this hotel at the last minute and were very pleasantly surprised to find it to be clean, modern and really well equipped. The hostess was really friendly and spoke a little English. She explained to us that staying even one night in the hotel qualified us to receive a free Wildschönau summer card which provides FOC access to a lot of the local attractions including unlimited use of the cable car. We intended walking from the top of the cable so to receive a free pass to get us high up was an unexpected and very welcome bonus as the normal price is about 17 euro/day for an adult. We found the hotel to be incredibly good value for 31euro/pp. the breakfast was by far the best we’d had in Germany and Austria. It was better than the breakfast at the Novotel which cost 18euro/pp. so if you subtract that and the saving made on the lift pass then the room itself costs less than nothing! We had a great nights sleep in the comfortable beds. The showers were great and everything was new and really well designed in the local style with flowers and pine wood everywhere. We’d recommend this hotel to anyone. Probably the best value in the whole region.

The „Zwergenkinderland“, family parks, being a piste caterpillar co-pilot or night skiing all contribute to a great skiing holiday! Alpine Skiing - great fun for young and old. Snowboarding, carving, telemark, cross country, ski mountaineering and snow shoe walking, weekly ski race.
