Just returned from an amazing Christmas stay with my son at this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the staff, the room, to the ambience.  Ideally located and convenient to all the amenities and Christmas market. Spotlessly clean and a really good breakfast. We are already planning to return next year.

My husband has stayed here before on golfing holidays but it was my first visit. The hotel exceeded expectations! Very friendly welcome. Well-appointed room with a lovely shared balcony. Excellent traditional Tyrolean food - choice of meat, fish or veggie main course every day. Comfortable bar which is also popular with the locals. 
Highly recommend the “beer bath” experience - something different, very relaxing!
