Great location
My list of pozitive things that make me come again and recomand this accomodation:
- easy to get to the slopes even with small children
- enough parking spaces 
- worm,clean and spacy rooms
- hot water and  ok wifi connection
- breakfast area was resupply continously
- brekfast area can be used in tge evening to eat take away food from other restaunts, talk,play games, drink
- hosts are very friendly and helpfull 
- bus stop really close, no need to use personal car 

What could be better:
-inclusion of warm dishes for breakfast

Great location for families

This hotel has same rave reviews and seemingly many returning guests. Rightfully so! The atmosphere is relaxed, you feel like you're actually staying over at some good friends. From the fact that the hotel manager stayed up until midnight to welcome us to being an excellent host and very helpful guide and everything in between, its all hits, no misses!

The room (3-bed, 2nd floor, no elevator) was clean and warm (could've been a bit more spacious though) with nice comfy beds, a nice bathroom (with a bath) and a rather big balcony overlooking the mountains and lifts.

The breakfast area is cozy and traditional (with nice views). The breakfast is of very good quality. You could say that the variety is lacking but is definitely adequate. The service was professional and very polite. 

The nearest gondola (Nassereinbahn) is 6-10 minutes walk (10 on the way back) but there's a free bus service to and from town (and all gondolas) every 30 minutes. The bus stop is just 50m away. A ski room is available, with enough space for all guests.

Great hospitality

Rainer was just fantastic! We felt so looked after. Anything you needed, he would sort out for us. From calling taxis, to providing spare ski clothing! 

The hotel is clean, good value and very welcoming. 

The service was only what you could ask from a 5* hotel.
