We enjoyed our stay here. We arrived by train, and it is a very short walk to the hotel, maybe 3 or 4 minutes. It is close to restaurants.  We had a balcony, with the river just off to the side, and could listen to the splashing of the water.  In the other direction, we could see the mountains.  The room was comfortable and clean.  Breakfast was included and was very good, everything you could want, except I asked for a glass of ice and they couldn't provide that.

Dreadful. Maybe one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed.   My friend booked us the junior suite rooms.   Entering it's a basic 'large' motel room and built without any comfort or cost, from the plastic curtains, the cheap carpet, the bathroom with the cheap cubicle that is too small.   He paid over £300 for this.
No free water.  A cheap kettle which I found out when I got up, didn't work.
No USB ports anywhere in the room.

Then it gets worse.

No AC or ventilation in the room whatsoever.   So you have to leave windows open .... but you are directly above a busy and noisy road.   The bed is so uncomfortable and they only provide 2 pillows (one for each bed).

And it goes down further.   The guy in the next room walked onto the balcony and his footsteps woke me at 1am.  After he went back in, I heard everything in his room (even over the sound of the traffic).

And it gets worse ... finally nodded off, only to woken at 6am by light streaming through into my eyes.  Someone thought it a good idea (cheap idea) to cut the curtain off directly at eye level.  I've attached an image as I can't believe how bad this is, at night you don't realize that's window behind the radiator.

Truly one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at.  Shameful.
