Great cozy hotel with excellent food and amazing staff. Roman was very attentive and the restaurant staff were very friendly but  professional too. SPA was great after skiing.

We had such a great stay at Hôtel Les Campanules by Les Etincelles and would absolutely come back.

The rooms were clean, cozy, and super comfortable — perfect after a long day skiing. The shared spaces around the hotel were a big highlight: really beautifully decorated, warm and welcoming, and surprisingly spacious. The food was excellent the whole time, honestly better than we expected, and something we looked forward to every day.

The spa was amazing. The treatments were very relaxing, and the spa amenities were in great shape and easy to enjoy without feeling crowded. The ski lockers were also a nice bonus — super convenient, clean, and well organized.

Huge shout-out to the front desk team, who were incredibly helpful when our ski baggage was delayed. They helped us figure everything out, from rentals and ski passes to ski clothing, and made a stressful situation so much easier.

Overall, this hotel really nailed it: comfortable rooms, great food, a relaxing spa, and staff who genuinely care. Highly recommend if you’re planning a ski trip.

This hotel is lovely with exceptional staff and great food. They catered for my dairy allergy brilliantly and advised every mealtime what I could have and how the chef could adapt a recipe to accommodate me. 
The hotel is positioned just across the road from the ski lifts and has great facilities. I can’t praise the staff enough for their politeness and hospitality. This is the 3rd time we have stayed and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. 
The only reason I didn’t give a five is that we stayed in a 3 bed room which has a double bed on a mezzanine. The mezzanine did get very hot at night and really needed some air ventilation. We would book separate rooms from my adult son next time. But highly recommended the hotel and will be back!
