We had booked a apartment to stay in but when arrived in Riederalp we couldn't get access,  so the people that owned the hotel helped us out , we stayed the nite there and in the morning when going for breakfast they had it all sorted out , the hotel was a great place to stay , it is so clean and comfortable , so warm and welcoming,  we had decided to cancel the apartment and stay there , they were just amazing people , but as we got access to the apartment we kept to our original plan , We are hoping to go back there and stay at the hotel in the near future,   nothing is a problem to them , fantastic service and food

The hotel is ok, a bit old though, the views from our room was to the opposite building so couldn’t enjoy a mountain View. On positive side, it is clean, rooms are spacious and hosts are welcoming, but the quality is not at the top
