Very welcome hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms and excellent breakfast. At the evening free tea/coffee/cold drinks bar - very good idea. Clean and cozy, walking destination to main promenade. Spa complex provides pool and very good saunas. All you need to stay is here. The price is reasonable, especially if to order directly from hotel site.

We had a great visit at this hotel. This is our second time staying. We came three years ago, and wanted to come back a second time. We had come for our 20 year anniversary, and had such a great time that we wanted to bring the family back. First time we went as a couple, second time we brought our adult children, age 22 and 22.

They completely did their wellness facility for this visit. They have maybe seven sauna rooms, a new indoor pool, a new gym, very nice place to visit. The breakfast is amazing! So much to choose from. The room itself that we stayed in was a jumbo family room. It had plenty of room to sleep for adults. Wonderful balcony. No complaints at all. 

Rita and Andreas are amazing resources if you have any questions. They also speak English very well. They can help with planning any activities that you want, dinner, recommendations, etc. 

A nice addition to the hotel is there beverage area. Even when breakfast is closed, you can go in and grab a coffee, juice, sparkling water, etc. They have beer and sodas for purchase. Wine as well. It’s a small thing, but a nice touch. We really enjoyed that at the end of the day after swimming in the pool and using the sauna.

Parking is on site, it is free. First come first serve. No complaints at all about this hotel. If we ever come to Garmish again, this is where we will stay.

It was an unbelievable experience right from when we checked in. The host was very welcoming and loved to tell us the history of the hotel. Everything from the room to the breakfast was outstanding.  In my experience, I have found no other hotel breakfast that can compare. From freshly squeezed orange juice to the selection at the breakfast table, it was vast. I only wish that we had stayed longer than 1 night.  We tried the indoor pool and the various saunas. The juice bar in the quiet room……. my review does not do this hotel justice.
