the positive:
- Free, on-site parking
- Wonderful view (although we did not have a balcony)
- Great location, next to the thermal bath, migros, restaurants, etc
- Comfortable beds and bathroom
- Festive restaurant 

the less positive:
- The receptionist was not very professional when we arrived, kept speaking on the phone (a personal call) and did not stop to attend us until I called him on that same line and looked at him. He was also too casual in his way to approach us. With that being said, the rest of the staff was nice
- We requested a room with separate beds and we were not informed that this was not available until we got there (this was a primary criterion for selecting this hotel). After an uncomfortable moment, however, they found a way to accommodate our request
- The room was very dark. I suggest getting one with balcony
- Basic breakfast, but this is not uncommon in the mountains
