Lovely, comfortable, quiet, small hotel with many view rooms. Extremely comfortable bed, even the fold-out sofa was above average. Overall we very much enjoyed a 4-day stay. The Welcome Card enables free local transit and discounts. Adequate parking. Colorful outdoor landscaped pool. Downsides: breakfast buffet underwhelming and not well restocked. The tram to/from city is currently shut down due to track refurbishment and replaced with a bus - an unexpected time sink both directions with occasional traffic issues.

I must enjoy Hotel Seppl alot, for have stayed there three times in the past year!  If you are looking for the perfect place in the Alps to start a vacation and acclimatize to the altitude and to get over jet lag - Hotel Seppl is a great place for it.  Its not just the great staff, and a super great soft bed, it really is just everything. 
I really like the Innsbruck pass that you get from the front desk that enables you to use the tram and the trolleys and the buses in Innsbruck.  I love that if you chose to go with the half board, the menus are posted each morning and you can chose you dinner - or if not like anything, just eat in Innsbruck.   I do think their fried chicken is actually better than the Styrian chicken in Graz.  But the dinners usually have one item that do want!  And I do love the breakfast and the speck and the eggs. A very good breakfast selection. 
Maybe I am lucky, but the last two times I stayed I had a room with a view.... and I left the shades open at night because it was just so spectacular. I also like the patio that the room had. 
A for the spa, it has a pool and a dry and wet sauna and an infra-red sauna booth as well.  A perfect place after a day of exploring Innsbruck and a lot of walking.
