Hotel Sonnenheim - Oberstdorf

Oberstdorf

Just outside town but wake up in the morning on the balcony overlooking the countryside with Mountain View’s and cowbells clanging.  Wonderfully priced and easy drive into town.  You can’t beat the value for this area.

Lovely Country Location and Great Staff

Such a lovely find.  The rooms are very spacious and clean. Jorge and Michaela are very welcoming and friendly.  They catered for Gluten and Lactose free at breakfast time.  The hotel is about a 5 min walk into town and 10 mins from the train station. The views of the Nebelhorn, ski jumps and cable car are stunning.  I would highly recommend and will be returning.

Simply Fantastic

Hotel Sonnenheim is the perfect place to stay. Close to the town, bus and railway station in a quiet part of Oberstdorf. Our apartment had a balcony with fantastic views of the mountains. It was spacious scrupulously clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast room looks onto the garden and terrace which are available to use at all times. The breakfast, continental, is plentiful and set us up for the day. The owners are friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. We hope to return to this lovely hotel and explore more of the Allgău region.

We spent a fantastic week in Oberstorf. The hotel appartment was spacious,clean and well located about 5 min from the town. The appartment had two good rooms with comfortable beds a well equiped kitchen and a nice lounge dinner with balcony.   The location offered us a mixed age group a good base to explore the surrounding area. I would recommend the hotel as it was well priced and offered a great standard of accomodation in an outstanding beautiful area
