Disappointed. Perfect location for shopping but small details really let this hotel down. On arrival you become aware of the extent of construction going on next door to the building which impacts access to the hotel; Google maps did not mention these. Some really grand features in the design but in my opinion all a bit strange : almost a nautical theme going on with curved units/ wardrobes. Impressive jett tub admittedly but no bathroom or slippers provided. Aside from personal preference the room was clean & comfortable. Rather noisy at night & I could hear the occupants either side. I could not take up the half board option as the restaurant times were restrictive - 8.00pm - 10.30pm. Generally felt let down & couldn’t in all honesty recommend.

Second stay here now and the best we have stayed
