Our first time to Andorra and this hotel for a ski trip with group of 6 adults. 
Every one of us said the hotel was amazing as was the Breakfast and dinner buffet. So much choice, top quality. 
Staff from every area, where so obliging couldn’t do enough. Rooms were spotless and spacious, lovely touch of evening turn down re-clean bathrooms and refresh towels if required. Chocolate left at bedside too. They have mini buses to take you to the Gondola which is 5 mins away from hotel by car, thus saved us carrying our ski equipment up a bit of a hill too. Van drivers were lovely and you never waited more than 5 mins either end. We had a 5am pick up for the long journey back to Toulouse as we checked out we were given a picnic for the journey which again was a lovely touch and totally unexpected.  

If there was a negative which is hard to find any, it would be having to pay a hefty fee to use the pool area which we normally would do after skiing and have never been charged anywhere else we’ve stayed. 
That said we would still go back to Park Piolets Hotel in a heart beat.

I went with my family and friends and overall the experience was great, food delicious and with lots of variety. Just the SPA is disappointed and in my opinion, expensive for what you get, water was not very hot and you pay 29EUR for 2 hours access to the pools. If you have kids you have to check the hours.
