We spent Christmas in the hotel and were very dissapointed in the food. We had the  Christmas menu. It took 3 hours and we didnt get dessert. Staff seened to be totally lost and didnt know what they were doing. It ruined our Christmas Eve. 

Next day our lunch didnt have vegetarian option and didnt have dessert even though they were in the menu.
