We found the hotel last minute, through booking.com, but renting a room through the website of the hotel itself was a lot cheaper. Our room (we were upgraded to room #4), was very beautiful and spacious. It's recently renovated and even though it was midsummer and >30°C degrees outside, the room stayed fresh all day, without an airconditioner. Hotel is close to the road, but we slept perfectly with the windows open. Breakfast was not very varied, but healthy enough and very tasty. 
Owners were extremely helpful, and even offered to pick us up when we missed the bus back from one of the mountain gondolas. Restaurant is very good, we recommend the steak (horse) and the 'digestive' section at the end of the menu. The local bitter was great.
