We stayed here for a family skiing trip in December 2025.  The chalet itself is lovely, and has excellent access the slopes.  Guests have their own locker in the ski room, so you ski equipment is safe during your stay.

The room is comfortable and kitchen is well equipped.  The mattresses were a bit on the hard side for our liking, but otherwise all was good.

The only negative is that after 9pm there's literally no staff anywhere to help you.  On our first night our neighbours were having a massive party with music blaring (and a lot of bad singing).  Reception was empty, and even the "emergency number" printed on the wall just went to a recorded message saying the office opening hours.  I eventually had no choice but to confront the neighbours myself to ask them to be quiet. 

Thankfully they moved out the following morning, and everything was fine from then on.  But it is something to be aware of if choosing to stay here.

Polite staff. Warm accommodation, clean, comfortable, good boot room, easy walk to the slopes and Oxygene ski school. Kitchen table was slightly undulating. Four adults and three children filled the v place nicely. Probably would have been very cramped with 8 adults.

Nice clean rooms and great location. Extremely disappointing that on the last day, while still having a full day of skiing, the hotel does not offer a luggage room and the possibility to take a shower. This has been a standard service in all skiing hotels I have been to. This single thing will make me never come to this hotel again.
