the radiators in the room, never work, at the end they give a me one radiator small that never can warm the room, then they need to give me a second  one, when we plug this all the electricity in the room is gone, we spend the night cold and not light
the meals every day was cold and not possible to eat, and uncooked
 we order a birthday cake which was fantastic and have candles and everything, we not charge

well located but pessimous

Outdated, poorly maintained rooms; bad state of repair throughout hotel….ripped carpets… ; coffee and toiletries never replenished in room; full of out of control children; very noisy location BUT worst of all completely rude and poorly trained staff, particularly on reception.  This is a cheap hotel and you get what you pay for.  Be warned!!!

Be warned… this is a poor quality hotel, with extremely rude and clearly unhappy staff in a very noisy location …
