The staff is quite helpful and experienced. They know what they are doing and have quick solutions.. Very easy access to the airport.. Breakfast can be improved.

A cancelled easyJet flight left us stranded at Geneva Airport at 8:30pm…not ideal.  No human support from the airline.  We picked the NH as it was close to the airport, had a free shuttle and was not expensive.  We hoped for very little.  On arrival the front of house were charming, clearly aware that this was an unscheduled and unwelcome overnight for us…the two rooms we spotless and well presented.  
Then the magic happened, we were tired, a little upset at not getting home, concerned about how we would find our own way home the following day…easyJet offfered no solution…but when we stepped into the little restaurant the magnificentYassine welcomed us.  What a wonderful person…he worked so hard to make us comfortable, nothing was too much trouble.  He brought humour and kindness where there had only been tension.
The food was okay the experience was terrific. 
He then moved us to a quiet spot in the bar and offered knowledge and advice about Swiss wines about which we knew little.  He had us laughing despite the circumstances.  
A true gentleman!

The wonderful Yassine made all the difference…outstanding!!!

The hotel was well located with getting to the airport and the free airport shuttle was extremely handy! The staff were friendly and the rooms were nice. We had an evening meal at the restaurant in the hotel which was surprisingly very nice!
