It was terrible. I booked and payed in advance, it was confirmed and upon arrival after a 6 hrs drive - single mom with 3 kids - we had no room :( and absolutely no willingness to solve the problem. Not one single manager showed up, we were left hanging… 
Terrible management, shocking experience. We have lived on several continents and traveled a lot, and I mean a lot - but I have never experienced such reckless service and lack of respect for the guests… even during the rest of our stay - not one complementary hot chocolate for the kids or whatever- to make us feel a bit better maybe…. 🤔
