Peaceful, Scenic & Comfortable – A True Gem

Location: 5/5 – Peaceful and scenic, right after the Grossglockner Road, with the town center and grocery store just a short walk away.
	•	Cleanliness: 5/5 – Immaculate and cozy rooms with thoughtful décor.
	•	Breakfast: 5/5 – Excellent variety, better than many big hotels!
	•	Parking: ✔️ Free parking right outside.
	•	Room: Spacious, well-equipped with a kitchen – perfect for cooking when restaurants are closed.
	•	Extras: Gorgeous views of the church and mountains, plus a cozy lounge with board games.

Peaceful, Scenic & Comfortable – A True Gem

Wow. What a great little hotel.
We booked this hotel last minute via booking.com. We'd booked multiple rooms, however upon arriving realised we only needed one larger room/apartment. The owners were super accommodating and made this happen.
The hotel (which is more like a lodge) is well located, just above the main square in Heiligenblut (which itself is a fantastic little village). There are half a dozen (free) carspaces right outside the hotel.
The rooms all feel new and are well appointed. We only stayed one night and didn't experience breakfast (which some locals told us was really good).
The hosts were really friendly, spoke perfect english and very accommodating.
I'd certainly recommend staying here and we hope to return in winter for some skiing.

Everything is just perfect, clean and comfortable room with view to gondola and to the village. Breakfast was delicious, hosts make their own jams (super delicious), homemade juices and cheese are also perfect.
Hosts are very kind.
House is maybe 20m from the gondola (ski to door :) ), in range of 100 meters you have restaurants, grocery and ski shops.
Parking is available at the property.
If you need ski classes, Ambros is so good, ask hosts :)
