Once you relate to the location and modulate your expectations, you will enjoy this place. 
Amazing location....just besides a glacial spring and next to three ski cable car stations, am sure the active sportsmen must be appreciative of this place.
Quaint village ski Resort, had most of what you expect here. Well heated. Decent balconies. A bit small but decent rooms. Elevator as well!
Restaurant on the ground floor ...very suitable for the location!
Great team with guest needs in mind led by a lady...probably named Selda, very well assisted by her crew.

Thanks for even preparing great spring rolls, fish fingers as well as fantastic Swiss rolls!

This hotel is in the typical Austrian style, we had a lovely room at the front of the hotel where we could sit and watch the skiers.

The staff could not be friendlier, the food was really good and the hotel very clean. What more can you ask of a hotel?

Just a short walk away is the train to the top of the mountain but you have to walk a bit further to the ticket office before you can travel.

The Alm Bar provides apres ski facilities in a typical Austrian setting but the hotel bar is quieter!

Worth a trip into Innsbruck which is a 50 euro taxi ride, or you could catch the bus.

Olympic hotel in the heart of the Alpine ridge, where end of paved road surround by mountains  half-circle. Ski slopes in winter, green meadows in summer, natural nature only. Place for full relax and active hiking. Very cozy hotel, really Alpine style, excellent service, good breakfast and outstanding dinner (included in half-pension option). Rooms enough spacious, with wooden decorated. But best of all - friendly atmosphere between all guests and staff. Full respect and gratitude for owners for individual warm and sincere relation to every guest.

I came back last week from a four day stay at Hotel Lizumerhof and it was great. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and it was lovely to see the cows across the driveway, and hear the cowbells.
The reception I received was warm and welcoming.
And the restaurant? Top notch food! I had the chef's choice one night and the wine soup with cinnamon croutons could not be topped.
The wait staff was most attentive. I don't know his name, but he was the server from Slovakia. Very friendly and put up with my attempts speaking very poor German.

Would I go back? Most definitely...YES!

The very best in catering throughout the day - restaurant - bar - apres-ski and a large sun terrace fits the bill with traditional Tyrolean dishes and snacks. After an eventful day in the snow, look forward to an elegant dinner in a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. After your meal, enjoy a nightcap with friends at the hotel bar.
